The classroom is overcrowded and/or there are not enough resources. What can I do?

Each provider is required to give students access to suitable resources, facilities and trainers that will help students gain the skills and knowledge they need.

You might find that:

• there are too many students in the classroom,
• students do not get a chance to use the necessary resources, or
• the trainer cannot engage with students due to the size of the class

If there are too many students in a class or course, you may choose to complain about a provider.
