I have not received my certificate or statement of attainment. What can I do?

Registered Training Organisations must issue a student with a certificate or statement of attainment:

• within 30 calendar days of the student successfully completing all assessment requirements of the course, and
• if all agreed course fees have been paid.

Providers are not permitted to issue a certificate or statement of attainment to a student who has not met the requirements of the unit or course they were enrolled into.
